The design centers on improving operational efficiency and service quality through thoughtful space planning and functional integration, enhancing both postal capacity and public service value. The scope includes basement excavation, superstructure construction, and full MEP system integration. Construction sequencing and traffic management were carefully planned in response to site conditions and the surrounding urban environment.
