The project was planned in response to site conditions and operational requirements, incorporating consolidated barracks, dining facilities, training buildings, and associated MEP systems to create a fully functional base environment. The design accounts for local climate, drainage, and circulation patterns, with clearly separated pedestrian and vehicular routes and coordinated infrastructure planning. Common utility corridors and stormwater detention facilities were incorporated to improve operational efficiency and long-term maintenance flexibility. The project also respects existing environmental and historical context, applying green building principles and landscape preservation strategies where appropriate.
