In coordination with temporary seawall works and site formation, the project delivered dedicated wharf facilities for offshore wind component loading and unloading. Major works included pile installation, structural component erection, corrosion protection systems, and rehabilitation of existing seawalls to enhance load-bearing capacity and durability. Backland development works were also undertaken, including site grading, pavement construction, drainage, power supply, and surveillance system installation. Executed with full consideration of ongoing port operations and environmental protection, the project significantly strengthened overall port functionality and service capability.
