The program includes emergency services, operating rooms, intensive care units, advanced health screening facilities, and general inpatient wards. The overall design incorporates smart building systems and green building principles, while upgrading site drainage, flood resilience, and microclimate conditions to optimize both healthcare delivery and the ecological environment. During construction, traffic management and routing for large medical equipment installation were carefully planned in coordination with existing hospital operations. The project was executed in phases to ensure uninterrupted medical services and minimize impact on the surrounding environment, progressively elevating overall healthcare quality and operational performance.
